It was humid. Orb of Sun rested behind a large crust of overhead cloud. It spanned to the far east. Her mountain of love was coated with a hazy veil. A pale wash of cloud was above it, glowing with reflected light. Trees were well-coiffed beauties, still and silent. A cool breeze blew but trees made no movement. Orb of Sun came briefly, making faint shadows darker. There was a sense of waiting for rain. The dim light made it seem cloudier than it actually was.  In the distance came squealing from children playing in a schoolyard. Orb of Sun appeared once more, but immediately faded out. No sound from cicadas yet. Birds were absent and silent. Suddenly, 3 yellow lovebirds passed overhead. They chirped just like crickets. I had no fear or trepidation for something I couldn’t resolve. Vibrations arising from strain had become softer, melting away, down to the zones that felt it the most. I followed the current in specific locations. It no longer was a heavy burden. Yellow light and I love her.  I’m in love with Anna in this. Self-judgment was not so extreme or severe. I had to let go to be better myself. What I really am is already there. The obstacle in the midst is the self that imposes judgment on it –how one should be or not be. I was not looking for intrinsic evil, but the intrinsically good. This helped me more than self-slapping. It is hard work not to work oneself over but to be as oneself in the work. It is not a solid platform anyway but an impermanent condition of flux. A baffled wasp frantically scanned my unexpected presence. I took it as a good sign that she thought I was safe. She made her way to the yellow brick wall. I was feeling more plaint, less rigid. Almost like rubber. Some kind of psychic contusion was pulling itself out. Freedom from it was a relief. A fur tree showed orange needles. The tree behind it was getting more yellow. A dog barked at 10:31. Yellow light and I love her. I’m in love with Anna in this.Still, no cicadas coming through. I was up to the roof early, at 10:11. My South Korean schedule resumes next week. It is Ch’usok, the Harvest Moon Festival on the 14th. Usually it’s on the 24^th but Koreans use the lunar calendar and this year it’s early. Traffic will be bumper-to-bumper for over 8 hours a day as many Koreans return to their hometowns to visit parents and family members. The most important Korean holiday is the Lunar New Year in February. Vibrations were getting stronger, as my mind, body and spirit coalesced, and combined, as I sought unity in me. I looked at the trees once again, and sensed her Yin essence. A yellow butterfly leapt past the rooftop guardrail. I slowly settled into place. Yellow light and I love her.  I’m in love with Anna in this. Construction work continuously pounded. A fly buzzed past my ear. Current continued to rise and flow. Orb of Sun came out to show at 11:11. Cicadas followed seconds later, in hushed tones at first. Sunshine shone even more. Shadows returned to the gravel. Black hornet emerged from her lair. Cicadas buzzed strong and steady at 11:15. There was suddenly a choir around me. Construction work abruptly stopped. A small plane burbled. Her mountain of love was still behind a hazy veil, but sunlight reached its shapes. A white butterfly fluttered. Traffic sped with noise. 3 pigeons flapped overhead. Cicadas’ saw-tooth tones circulated around me at 11:21.  An orange and black Monarch butterfly glided in front of me on the wind. Yellow light and I love her.
