Losing Sleep and Gaining Money and Weight
I had a hard time getting to sleep last night due to my skin allergy acting up. Lots of annoying itching. This has given rise to a rather groggy begining of my day. Things perked up when the stock market perked up, even after a weak jobs report that was predicted to cause a market selloff. I was able to sell my Dendreon Pharmaceuticals stock for a 25% profit, after having owned it for only two days. This is the same stock that I bought and sold about a month ago. This company has the new prostate cancer vaccine that has created and immune response in the patients that have been given the vaccine. If I continue making good business decisions like this, I will be able to continue tithing to my church as well as to future Crafty tithings. And how about R.F. offering a free download of his lecture on Discipline and the Act of Music ! That is a rather generous tithe of information if you ask me !
The guitar teacher who plays the King Crimson riffs at the Guitar One webpage is a little confusing. His playing is a little too fast to follow and I can’t tell by looking, which tuning he is using. I would assume that he is in the old standard tuning but then again his fingerings would be playing a ( diminished fourth ? ) rather than the diminished fifth that it sounds like he is playing… I have not gotten out my guitar in front of the computer screen yet.
I have been informed that someone arrived at this diary after having searched for Kurt Russell’s name. I will soon get up the courage to put up a picture of the Nobz from 1979 to prove to all Kurt Russell fans that I also am bloated and unrecognizable these days, as compared to the 1970s. But then again that sort of gives me the right to point out the same imperfection in another person doesn’t it ? If I were still slim and trim, it could be considered cruel and judgemental to point out another person’s shortcomings. But having the same problem as somebody else causes the criticism to come from a more empathetic place, if you ask me.
