Emanations of Progress
I had a better than average sitting this morning. It felt as though I was sitting at a Guitar Craft course. There is an intro course going on in Spain right now. It was as if the course was reaching me here in Georgia. Perhaps I was somehow receiving help from the course; emanations from the course. Good wishes to the team in Spain regardless.
My rehearsals for the performance in February are improving. The right wrist, which was injured last month, does not have quite as much control as usual. At least it is functional enough to survive a gig. That is assuming that I don’t re-injure it again. The wrist immobilizer is still helping me. I wear it when I work out and when I sleep. I have been able to discontinue the anti-inflammatory drug called Alleve. One Ibuprofen tablet before bed seems to do an adequate job of controlling the pain.
