Stepping Across The Bridge
Imagine a bridge, (I couldn’t find an appropriate photo), which is under construction, but nearly connected at the middle of a large span. Now imagine me, stepping on the edge of that completed area, trying to decide if a jump across to the other side is worthwhile or not.
I’ve felt this way for a few weeks now at my new job. The bridge is nearly connected, but I so want to cross it now. I’m impatient, but is that because I think others are waiting on me, or is it because I’m just impatient?
A trip to Yellowstone is currently being hashed out, and last night, a missing piece of the puzzle was grafted in by my Sister in Law. Hooray for her! This gives me a clearer idea of what we need in order for a plan to succeed. It remains an expensive trip, but for the first time, it’s starting to look possible. We plan on a late spring/summer trip in 2008.
