Today I followed along (to say practiced would far overstate the situation) with a Qi Gong DVD that I have owned for some time but have never really investigated. It is a challenging set of exercises, but the pair on the screen have the benefit of a stunning mountain view. I envision myself working with this as a daily practice, to help balance my energies. As a plus, it rhymes with “tea”.
