My Childhood in Two MP3s

I remember sitting in my grandfather’s recliner on Saturday mornings, watching endless Bugs Bunny cartoons, and especially this one, The Roadrunner Show:

Roadrunner Opening Theme

Roadrunner Closing Theme

Upon closer examination, this is some very strange music indeed. I rediscovered the themes while watching “The Shining”, where they play a small part.

I have been asked back to work some more at the company about which I bitched and moaned last week. Satan laughing spreads his wings. Ha ha ha ha.

New reading, added to continuing reading: “The Ancient Gods” by E.O. James, on top of Guy Murchie’s “The Seven Mysteries of Life”.

I have gifted my wife a small attention exercise to hang her hat on. It involves a habitual speech pattern which was invisible to her, but plays a powerful part in her conversations, you know.

This is a strange, strange time.
