:Where is my left foot?

The reunion that Van Halen fans have been awaiting for twenty-two years began in December, when David Lee Roth walked into Eddie Van Halen’s Hollywood home studio.

It appears Michael Anthony, bassist and purveyor of “high, no-nut” backup vocals for the band has been excluded due to his continued association with Sammy Hagar.

Not to be entirely cynical, but I’ll give it two, maybe three gigs before the on-stage fistfights or whiskey bottle attacks commence.

Yesterday was Bill Collection Day, featuring two telephone encounters with Those Owing Me Payment. Naturally these calls did nothing for my blood pressure, which I could clearly sense rising and which affected the rest of the day. The negative energy unleashed was ameliorated somewhat by a dinner at “Wings & Curls”, which also included celery sticks with homemade bleu cheese dressing.
